Cape Fear Cup Team Competition Rules

Team Rosters

1. Teams must have a team name and designated team captain.
2. Minimum 6 drivers per team and maximum 12 drivers per team from at least 5 different classes.
3. Drivers may be added at anytime during the season provided the 12 driver maximum is not exceeded
4. Drivers may be dropped at any time during the season and must be permanently removed from the roster.
5. At every event 6 drivers from the original team submitted at the first event must appear on the roster.

Solo Car Classes

Stock Category has nine classes covering most of the “daily driver” cars coveted by auto enthusiasts with only nominal modifications, such as alternate shocks, front sway bars, and mufflers.

Street Touring Category has five classes for selected enthusiast cars that have popular “bolt-on” modifications such as alternate springs, exhaust systems, limited larger wheels, and cold air intake, while maintaining “streetability” with emissions equipment and street performance tires.

NCR Volunteer Incentive Program

Goal of the Program

Initiate a system and process which will attract, retain and reward qualified officials, members and drivers who on a voluntary basis support the staffing requirements of the NCR region of SCCA. The events these volunteers support will be both SCCA sanctioned and contracted non-SCCA sanctioned events the region is responsible to staff. Any other activities involving NCR region volunteers or officials which are performed by the individual remain the sole responsibility of that individual and are not eligible for this program.

Permanent Numbers & SEDIV Convention

SOUTHEAST (SEDIV) — Permanent Number Application is now available on the SEDIV website. The deadline is January 20, 2011, so don’t delay!

On a more fun note, the Annual SEDIV Convention information is also now on the SEDIV website. The convention is January 21st through the 23rd at Jekyll Island. Come and join the celebration of another successful year of SEDIV competition.
