THE BULLETIN ARCHIVE
NOTE: For some reason, the newsletter was renamed “the winNer’s CiRcle” (cute use of NCR!) for the May and October 2000 issues, but returned to being The Bulletin, with a different editor, by the end of the year. We don’t know if there were other issues printed that year, so if you have any other 2000 issues, or for that matter, ANY issues that we don’t have posted on this site, PLEASE let us know. Below are listed Bulletins that were sent as emails after the print version was abandoned, beginning with the June 2016 issue, which announced the return of The Bulletin. Unfortunately, that was short lived, as the Bulletin was not published on a regular schedule. The ones listed here are the ones actually titled The Bulletin.

During the search for old Bulletins, some other documents of interest surfaced. They are:
1974 NCR Annual
This document is valuable because it’s a complete snapshot of the NC Region at the time when we lost VIR for what we thought would be forever. There's a List of Officers, both old and new, a complete membership list, Bylaws, Event results, race reports, opinions, and so forth. And be sure to read "VIR Remembered", beginning on page 24. This article was written after it was announced that VIR was closing.
