NCR SCCA Autocross Events For September CANCELLED

NCR SCCA has just been made aware that due to the COVID-19 virus and MCAS Cherry Point’s efforts to try to slow the spread of the virus, our September 19th Crazy Taxi Autox and September 20th Driver Novice School have been cancelled. While we do wish we could race and have fun, in these serious times we support MCAS Cherry Point’s decision to cancel both events. We have been monitoring the situation and have been in contact with Cherry Point about the situation for some time. We hope the time frame of this cancellation gives everyone plenty of time to modify their plans and cancel any hotel rooms that may have been booked.

There is currently no change to our next scheduled events, our October 17 Forza Motorsports Autox (https://www.motorsportreg.com/events/forza-motorsports-at-cherry-point-ncr-autox-mcas-scca-north-carolina-solo-539680) and October 18 Gran Tursimo Autox (https://www.motorsportreg.com/events/gran-tursimo-at-cherry-point-ncr-autox-mcas-scca-north-carolina-solo-879353). Registration for the October events are currently open, so please go register for those events.
