Sara,

On behalf of the Majors Team, I’d like to thank the North Carolina Region for hosting rounds five and six of the Eastern Conference of the U.S. Majors Tour.  The event delivered above our expectations, largely due to the efforts of the North Carolina Region personnel and I want you to know how much it was appreciated.

I want to thank you for all your pre-event work which made my arrival at VIR go so smoothly as well as all your support during the weekend.  I also want to thank you for recruiting Sandy Sisk to help me at Victory Circle.  She is a natural and was a huge help.  I really enjoyed meeting her and spending the weekend with her.   Having Patty and Dawn take the iPad Mini around to get folks to do the survey was great.

As always Ginny was so nice to work with.  She was on top of getting information about schedule changes out to everyone which was greatly appreciated by the competitors.

Thanks to Anna and her team for doing their typical outstanding job.  It was great to have results in hand before we had competitors in Impound.  Anna also made sure that Reece and I had the files we needed.  Having Victory Circle right at Tech worked really well and the Tech team was on top of controlling the traffic in Impound and did a great job handling the Impound All.

Rex…it was nice to meet you and work with you and I want to thank you again for taking me around the track in a really nice Porsche.

I sure hope I haven’t left anyone out and wanted to share how nice and welcoming everyone from the Region was.  I hope you’ll share my thanks with the team.

We would appreciate receiving constructive feedback from your team about what you think worked and what can be done better.  We hope that the experience has proven worthwhile to North Carolina Region and that you will want to participate in the program again in 2014.
